WORRY-FREE TRIAL PERIOD FOR ALL UPHOLSTERY (applies to all upholstered Sofas & Chairs)
We totally get that everyone has their own comfort preference! So even after you receive the product, you’ll get a worry-free 3-day trial period. And if you’re not satisfied with how it feels, you’re entitled to return it for a full refund on the product.
Here are the conditions below:
- 3-Day Trial Period – Starts on the day the product is received or delivered to you.

Return Process –

Email: support@smallspaceplus.com within the 3-Day window, along with the following:
- Original order number
- Name (and/or the name the item was ordered under)
- Product you are returning
- Reason for return
- Product must be returned in its original packaging and in re-saleable condition. If the product has been assembled, it must be disassembled and packaged into the box, in the same manner in which it came.
- We will reply to your email to arrange your drop-off or shipping options (acceptable carriers). For return shipping, a tracking number, a picture of the item (before re-boxing) and picture of the box will be required. Return shipping is a cost to the customer.
- Upon our receipt of the item and confirmation upon inspection, a refund on the product will be issued via the same tender as purchased, within 2 business days. Any original shipping/installation cost to the customer will not be included in the refund.

Scenario 1: UNOPENED PACKAGE, but changed your mind after purchase
If your product is still in its original sealed packaging, we accept returns for a refund within 7 days of you receiving the product (see below). We retain the right to obtain a product assessment prior to authorizing a return. Note: Any outbound & inbound shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. For orders awaiting delivery (to our store or your home), cancellations will also receive a full refund.
Return for Refund Options:
A) In-Store Drop Off – Full refund on-the-spot, same tender as purchase.
B) Ship To Us (small items) by requesting a shipping label –

- We will reply with a shipping label for you to affix to the package
- Upon our receipt and inspection of the package, refund (less cost of shipping), will be issued via the same tender as purchased, within 2 days.
C) We Pick-Up From You (large items), request our moving team –

- Upon our receipt and inspection of the package, refund (less moving fee), will be issued via the same tender as purchased, within 2 days.
Scenario 2: OPENED PACKAGE, but item is damaged
Report the issue within 3 days of receiving the product, and we’ll be happy to assist you. The following resolutions will be attempted, in this sequence: repair, replacement for identical product, replacement of similar product, and if none can be found, then full refund. Small Space Plus takes responsibility for any shipping, assembly, or technician costs. Note: Any damages or defects resulting from customer assembly, negligence, misuse or accidents will not be considered for repair or replacement.
